Well this is where I come in, all you have to do is to provide a descriptions of the design or types of material, colors or sizes you prefer and I will find it for you. It's that simple. Mode of Purchase
Step 1: How To Purchase(Please look at these Information before submitting your orders) Once you've found something you like and wish to make a purchase, 1) Email us @ my.dressy.affair@live.com 2) We will send you an invoice within 48hrs. 
Step 2: How to make payment? Once you receive our invoice, you will have to make your payment within 48hrs. If you never get back to us within 48hrs, we will move your slot to the next customer who is in the waiting list. 1) POSB Funds Transfer (preferred) 2) UOB Funds Transfer Step 3: Inform about the payment We will only proceed your orders once we received your full payment. Email us{including your name}once payment is made and we will send you a PAYMENT VERIFIED DETAILS asap. Unless there is an issue or a Public Holiday the items will take less than 2 weeks to deliver. All Parcel will be mail out asap after Payment verified. Mode of Collection 1. Normal Mail 2. Register Mail Normal Mail & Register Mail - Postage prices will vary (depending on the weight). Normal charges will be $1.50 per item, $0.50 extra for each additional item. - Registered mail is always encouraged (it costs $2.24 more on top of normal postage). - For Non-Clothing item, please refer to the postage price stated above the item. |

Terms and ConditionsPlease read these Information before submitting your order. 1.We do not accept swapping or trading of items. 2.We will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail. 3.We do not do reservations of items. 4.All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases. 5.Prices are non negotiable. 6.All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot (no scans allowed) of your transaction receipt 7.We reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made as well. 8.M.D.A will take legal actions againist fraud cases. Do not try to fake a payment if you did not make any. 9.M.D.A reserves the right to reject a transaction with any customer at our own discretion. 10.Color / size may be slightly differents. Exchange Policy We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item received is defected and we are out of stock for an exchange piece. To qualify for a return/exchange of defective or wrong item/s despatched, item/s must be returned, unworn/unwashed and in a brand new condition. Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request. Exchanges must be done within 7days of despatch date, Please note that after this period, we will not entertain the return/exchange of the item/s. Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided. In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed. Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. MY.DRESSY.AFFAIR reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. |
